I visited Bistro Mezzaluna on 2/15/19. The Happy hour is a great value and the appetizers are a nice size. Service was impeccable! We ordered the short rib special, veal scallopini and flourless chocolate cake. All of them are so good given the portion and the price! If I could lick the plate I would have. The service is amazing as well. We will definitely come back and bring others.
